Hallo,
How old is your sister and how long has she been suffering from this condition? I know that there are many symptoms of this condition. If she is feeling fatigue along with muscle aches and tender feeling she is definitely having issues with her thyroid. Also hoarse voice, dry skin, puffy face stiffness in joints are all symptoms of hypothyroidism. Thing is that she will need to treat this condition as soon as she cans because her condition will only get worse if there is no treatment plan. Is she having problems with her menstrual cycle? If she has heavier then normal menstrual cycles she is then having one more symptom of hypothyroidism. I hope this helped you a bit.
