Masturbation is very normal and healthy for all males of any age. It allows males to get to know their own bodies and release all that pent up sperm and semen growing inside them every day and needing release to stay healthy. Not masturbating deprives males of their god given body's pleasure and optimal health. Old sperm and semen may contribute to causing or increasing the risks of getting prostate cancer over a lifetime of not enough ejaculations. The penis and other male sex organs need exercise and enough time being erect and active to stay in good shape and working properly. The testicles and male glands need to relieve built up pressure and flush out old sperm and semen to stay healthy. Males afraid to masturbate do not learn to fine tune and control their ejaculations and orgasms during masturbation and will have less success in sex with partners because they have not trained their bodies and sex organs during solo masturbation to do what they want, get to know their own sex responses and actions, and react during partner sex as well as well trained and practiced male bodies and sex organs. Sex therapists teach males how to practice the simple start and stop masturbation techniques to learn and train them how to avoid premature ejaculation problems and last longer before reaching orgasms during partner sex. Males who masturbate are more ready and able to have better partner sex since they have lots of practice and more familiarity with their own sex organs and ejaculations and can concentrate better on their sex partners' bodies, needs, responses, and desires and go on more automatic pilot themselves with finely adjusting and controling their own sex organs, sex activities, and bodies than untrained and unpracticed males. Males who practice alone in masturbation can become more expert and teach females how to best pleasure all male's bodies and sex organs which improves partner sex for both males and females. Males who practice using condoms alone during masturbation will learn how to become better at putting them on, and using them safely during masturbation and sex to reach full orgasm and ejaculation, and how to take them off correctly and safely without spilling out their sperm (and often in the dark with partners) than males who don't practice condom use before partner sex. All males should learn and practice condom use alone during masturbation when no female can get pregnant or diseases with any mistakes in their condom use lessons and learning sessions alone. Most males need to try out different condoms to find the best sizes, shapes, lubes, techniques, and kinds of condoms for his own unique penis and his own use preferences before risking getting a woman pregnant by using the wrong ones or using them incorrectly during sex inside a woman's vagina. Masturbation allows males to better control their natural sex urges and needs by themselves and without needing the risks and cooperation of a female sex partner every time they have the desire to ejaculate and relieve their sexual urges and pent up semen pressures. Males who do not masturbate regularly do miss out on countless good advantages and health benefits that males get from frequent masturbation and healthy solo sex with no risks of getting any diseases or causing any unwanted pregnancies.
