What are these things?

Well there is no easy way to say this so um... There are these black heads and little pimples i have on like the tip. Like some black heads are big and some are super small, but i can pop them but its just one long black like what ever i dont know how they got there and if there is any way of getting rid of them it would help alot for the info. Also there are these white bumbs on my balls like their super hard and i cut one open and took this like seed looking thing out. some of the bumps will pop and some wont... Iv never had sex im still young  and it has been really just killing my social life and there are girls iv been able to you know but i turned it down because im afraid that i might pass something on maybe?.. and im just super scared if they like call it out and like freak out or sumtin and tell everybody its just a big hassel and id like to know whats wrong with me down there if anyone can help :/ my life has not even gotten started and its like basically over because of this... i hope some one can help :p
