what can cause stomach pain from a women's zone all over to the belly button?

Your stomach is above your belly button, and is the pouch that receives food, so the area you refer to is generally called your abdomen. The abdominal region from your clitoris to your belly button would be where your reproductive organs are, including your uterus (womb), fallopian tubes and ovaries.

There are several possible reasons for an ache there, the most common being menstrual pain and ovulation pain, but sometimes it can be from reproductive disorders. You haven't said anything about your age or whether there are any other symptoms, or when it happens (after a particular event maybe?).

im 53 years old and it started with pain on the lower side of my stomach and by the uterus pain was about an 8 and slowly intensified to about a 10 as it moved around the belly button i can feel the pain move around the stomach
