This might be caused by a number of things.
This is a difficult question to answer with the information you provided.
Assuming the antibiotic you took for your tooth infection was Clindamycin, or any antibiotic for that matter, it can cause overgrowth of a bacteria in the intestines, called "C. diff". When this happens, this excess diarrhea, could cause a prolapsed internal hemorrhoid or a number of other problems that you are describing.
