like Olia has mentioned these are just some of the conditions which are causing bruised kidney but if you wish to get more information about your case you need to bother your doctor until he gives you all the answers. If he thinks that you have bruised kidneys he should give you the written diagnose and send you to the urologist. Afterwards he will do some urine analysis and probably x-ray to confirm that you suffer from this condition.
