Hi everyone,

I just joined this forum and I'm happy I found it! I run sporadically as a recreational sport, and if I don't run I'm doing some other exercise like swimming or cycling. Lately I've been getting very fatigued both before and after a workout. I've tried taking vitamin supplements but I'm not sure which is best to take or if supplements work at all.

I'd just like to make sure that my body will actually assimilate the supplements I'm taking. Does anyone have advice on this? I would greatly appreciate it. I hope I can be of help to any of you in future discussions.
