I'm a 20 year old male. Cancer does not run in my family.
I've been to my GP a few times and doesn't seem too worried at all. He's sent me for blood and stool tests which all came back "normal".
For about 2 months now I've had constant rectal pressure. I've had tailbone pain that is on and off but only when I'm sitting down. Recently I've been having to urinate more frequently with shorter durations. My BM's are never quite the same, they go from little balls to pencil thin to somewhat "normal". The coloring is usually brown but sometimes for one BM it'll go dark green/brown. Sometimes I'll have to push quite hard for little reward. The pressure is constant even after a BM.
I tend to overthink about small things when it comes to my health so of course I'm regularly thinking it's colon/rectal cancer but being only 20 there is surely many other things that it could be.
Any clues? I will be trying to see a gastroentologist this week.
