For about a week now I have had a cold, but suddenly, today I started feeling sick to my stomach, weak, bad headaches, feeling hot (I don't know if I have a fever though), and fatigue. My brother has a fever and a headache and my Mom says that's it a virus. I'm not sure it's a virus or just the cold. I'm super paranoid about Strep Throat, Stomach Virus, and the flu.

I just want to know if it's one of those three or not and if it's not... What is it?
