Hello! You are wrong because of claim that physical fitness is just trend. Physical fitness is very important for health condition and well being. If you are exercising regularly (five days per week – each time 30 minutes), you will prevent many diseases (heart diseases, overweight, etc). I hope this answer clarified this to you.
