Broccoli? It's pretty tasty stuff and pretty versatile. I really like canned peas too.

carrots, but, they must be raw.

Cooked carrots are possibly the source of all evil. I can't prove this, but maybe I can get OL, and SC to do some laboratory research for me.

Roma tomatoes. I can usually getaway without certain veggies in my salad, but no way no how without tomatoes!!!! Plus you can make a mean salsa with them too!!!
