My name is Sammy, as ive noticed that im going tinner and tinner maybe its because Im working in a night shift. I cant get rid of it because all of my coleagues kept on bullying me. Im also taking multivitamins to improve my body but nothings happen. most of the time im not also eating for the sake of my work, its kinda awful for me. please I need help to improve my self.

I also want to gain weight. It's so hard to eat at the right time especially if your on a BPO industry. At 6PM I ate my breakfast. 12am for my Lunch and 5AM for my dinner. I really want to gain weight though. I'm 5'4 and I'm only 45KG. Gezz!
