My name is Sammy, as ive noticed that im going tinner and tinner maybe its because Im working in a night shift. I cant get rid of it because all of my coleagues kept on bullying me. Im also taking multivitamins to improve my body but nothings happen. most of the time im not also eating for the sake of my work, its kinda awful for me. please I need help to improve my self.

like you im not eaten too muCh... coz honestly im lazzY when it comes to eAt.. i ate 3 to 4x aDay..bUt its only a little by little...im 23 yearz old.. but looks like 15 yearz old.. coz im too shoRt and also im too skinny... i want to gain my weigHt.. i take many vitaminz... but theres nothing changes about my body.. i want also to know what the best VITAMINS should i take to gain my weight... :/

I also want to gain weight. It's so hard to eat at the right time especially if your on a BPO industry. At 6PM I ate my breakfast. 12am for my Lunch and 5AM for my dinner. I really want to gain weight though. I'm 5'4 and I'm only 45KG. Gezz!

I am 5'4 & tho im not gonna post my weight, I'm way 2 small. 4 me, its genetic but I have started taking in a large amount of protein & carbs & also am taking a vitamin called fenugreek. I do exercise @ least 30 min a day, as well. I have started 2 c decent results. I have spent my life trying every weight gainer shake & pill known to man, but nothing ever worked. If u r like me, then this is worth a try. :-)

I drink a 2 liter of coke a day and stiil only way 96lbs and I'm 5'3. I would do almost anything to gain weight. I have an overactive thyroid so I guess I should give up. But I so want to be 120 or 125 lbs.

Well you need to eat and get protien but have to exercise to make it fill you out, otherwise it will stay in your tummy

I'M 15years old and I'm 5'5" and my weight is only 40kg. but I eat all the time but nothing is happen I can even gain weight,what should I do to gain weight
