I have what i think looks like a larger pimple thing right were my testicles meet my penis. But it was really sensitive to the touch but i still tried to pop it and when i did it didn't pop like a normal pimple would. it kind of had a clear substance come out of it almost like what comes out when u pull of a scab. It was not to big the other day but has recently got a little bigger that was when i decided to squeeze it.
