hi all what should i take for my anxiety?im so sure iv got it! a few times in the last few months i have been sick all of a sudden! i.e after food or when i have been somewhere i couldnt get to a toilet in time! i havnt been sick for 2 months now but it is constantly playing on my mind! there is alot of what if moments! i have been eating but always worried il be sick afterwards! is there anything that could stop me thinking like this and change my way of thinking! its effecting me cause i have so many events coming up and this is getting me down! thanks
