After having sex I discovered I coudnt pull my foreskin back over the head of my penis (im not circumcised) and i became very worried but i had experienced similar things so i just went to sleep. I woke up to see the ferendulum and some minor parts of the foreskin swollen. There is no pain and i have been trying to use cool things and ice to reduce the swelling but i was curious if anyone knew what this was or what my next move should be?

Hey there it's pretty common for a frenulum to get swollen especially if sex/masturbation was more rough or dry (less lube) or if the foreskin it tight or frenulum is short. The swelling should go away within 1-2 days. Next Steps depend more on specific details. Can you pull back your foreskin when soft and erect if so how far does it pull back? Can you see the entire glans (head) including the corona (rim of the head)?
