Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and I am looking for some advice from all of you that definately know more about running than I do.

I'm pretty young, but I think I'm getting a little fat at 5'8'' 165lbs and I was wondering what type of running/jogging/walking workout any of you would suggest for me to lose a little bit of weight.
I appreciate it.

reduce calorie intake to 2000 per day. Walk/Run etc... just a few miles per day. each mile burns about 100 cal. Do this a few times a week, and with in months you will be down in weight.

5'8 - 165 is not heavy IMO
