im 14, 165 pounds, and about 5'1. im homeschooled so im usually on the computer all morning. after that i used to sit on the couch and eat, thats how i went from 120 to 160. but now ive been excercising, running, dancing for about an hour a day and playing raquetball about 2 hours a day. my calorie intake is about 1700-2000, and i dont eat in between healthy meals. id like to get back to 120 by my birthday, sep. 24 of this year. How much weight do you think I could lose? thanks(:
