Sometimes depending on how old you are, or even how many times you do it, it will gradually become thicker, or 'white' as you say. But again, pre-cum isn't semen. It comes from a different part of your penis. Semen comes from your genitals, while pre-cum is just cleaning out getting ready to penetrate, and that comes from - I forget sorry - well, another part. Pre-cum is what way before ejaculating, and is just getting ready, cleaning itself.
