Ive missed my period since Jun. I've been spotting every month for at least 2 or 3 days but I went to the doctor they gave me a pregnancy test but it was negative so I scheduled another appointment and another Test and both came back negative. I feel movement in my stomach and back I have pain and soreness but I keep getting negative pregnancy tests
