I am trying to figure out when I got pregnant. I have a DR appt coming up soon but would like to know when I got pregnant before I go. I had sex about a week before my period and had a normal period. Then I had a period the next month which seemed normal but I may have had slightly worse cramps than normal. The month after that is the month that I missed my period and tested positive. Is it possible that I got pregnant when I had sex a week before my period or does it have to be after that since I had two seemingly normal periods?

You won't have "normal" periods if you are pregnant, but there can be bleeding. You normally will NOT get pregnant having sex a week before your period.
Normally you ovulate between days 11 and 16 of your cycle. You had sex likely about day 21. By that time the egg is not viable. You'd be more likely to get pregnant starting about a week AFTER your period.
