I am familiar with the fact that Hashimoto's thyroiditis is sometimes responsible for causing goiter. But can anyone give me a quick lesson about this? What are the circumstances leading up to goiter developing as the result of Hashimoto's thyroiditis? Any experience with this? Thank you so much for any help!
