It may be just a part of you growing up.

Or it could be nothing :) Can you describe your symptoms in a better way because the way you described it now i can 100% relate to it. Every morning i feel like that.

Until i grab a cup of coffee and take a shower.

So you know when you wake up you drag for a few minuets, I felt anxious, super tired/no energy, spaced out to the point where i'd make simple mistakes at work, I was flush and sweating from palms, back, head. this went on for one week straight then went away this has happened to me 2 times in the past 4 years.thanks

Hmmm, i see. I dont really think its a "blood sugar attack", you are only 22. Have you maybe tested your blood recently?Like a regular blood test.

Those symptoms "No energy, sweating from palms, back and head" could mean something with your blood pressure. I know this would happen to me when i stand for long periods of time. I get all weak, i start yawning and sweating like crazy.

Does anyone in your family have any kind of heart disease?

Also, do you remember what were you doing prior to these symptoms? Like maybe you were playing sports, working out or something? Anything specific that you can remember?

People didn't say wrong. It was an anxiety attack. Many reason be there for an anxiety attack. Suger is one of them. If you don't mind then I can say that you are a little bit fatty. I believe magnesium is a perfect solution for you. It work's as MAGNESIUM MIRACLE. I suggest you to give it a try. Doctors are suggesting it too.
