Hi, guys. I have a toddler and I am thinking of introducing him some regular food. I would like to know when the time is to really teaching your kid to eat vegetables. What can you say about this? I would really appreciate all your replies considering this topic. Thank you in advance.

Hi, there. Introducing vegetables can be done even in the first year of life. Of course, you should start with carrot and potato. You should make them like mash, so a toddler can take them. Later, when the kids grow, they usually don’t like vegetables and refuse eating them. You can shop it in tiny pieces and put them in your kids’ favorite food. Eat vegetables in front of them. In that way, you will give them a fine example. I hope this helps. Bye!
