My doctor recommended me to avoid meat for sometime and try to eat vegetable and fruits, instead. I was never good cooker, so I will be needed tips for vegetables that are easy to cook. Fruit I eat raw, of course. For any advice you will have all my gratitude for ever.

The easiest vegetable for cooking is potato, of course. Beside, you can do really good job with beans, broccoli, and carrot. If you want your meals to be with improved taste you may also put some tomato in it or enjoy in garlic. Spices, such as oregano or chili would be an advantage. Also if you want all this vegetable to taste as meat you may use soy sauce. Bon appetite!
