Hello, folks. I have a toddler and I am trying to make his nutrition the best it can get. I would like to know if I can give him law-fat milk. What do you know about this? I will really appreciate all your replies considering this topic. Thank you for answering my post.

Hello to you too. I think you shouldn’t give your toddler low-fat milk. A general advice from experts is not to limit fat intake to kids younger than 2. Toddlers and other kids younger than 2 need fat and calories. This is a period of intensive growth. Even if you restrict fat, your kid doesn’t get all the fat from milk. This is valid if your kid is a good eater. If your child is a picky eater, then restricting fat is unwise. You should consult about all this with your pediatrician. I hope I’ve helped a little. Bye!
