I had an ultrasound putting me at 6w3d and the due date on Nov30. I am then almost 11 weeks now.. I am also incredibly irregular and am so unsure of my lmp date. With this information is it at all possible I may have conceived on or before Feb12??

A due date of Nov 30 puts your LMP at/about February 23. It's unlikely they'd be off by that much on the ultrasound. You'd actually not have conceived until around March 7th or so.
