You can keep out the sex part and just tell them it must have to do with the sweat/heat. Play stupid and just tell them that you noticed this spot and worried about it. You should be able to talk to the doctor alone and definately share the sex part with him. He should have to keep that confidential. Just ask him not to share with your parents the sex part and most doctors are sensitive/respectful to that. I would not suggest having sex with anyone until it is checked out, that could come back and haunt you worse if it is something that she could get and call you out on it.
