Your G spot (assuming you are female) is on the front wall of the vagina. it is generally easier to have someone finger you to help you find it. Get them to bend the tip of the inserted finger towards your stomach and rub it slow up and down along the front wall of the vagina. You should feel an increase sense of pleasure when they rub over it. Also helps to be already aroused.

Personally I think the G spot is a bit of a mith.
