Hi. I eat unhealthy food, especially burgers, and my body needs vitamins and minerals. If I take my vitamin and mineral supplement, can I skip my daily fruits & veggies? Which vitamins to use?

Hi. You can`t skip your daily fruits and veggies, vitamin supplements are not food substitute, they only play a role in complementing your diet. You need vitamins and minerals in small amounts for normal function. Whole food is the best source. If you use supplements, always check the supplement label. Avoid mega-doses. Store supplements in a dry, cool place.
