Ive got some white "spots" on the sac that holds the testicles. Its like balls with white stuff filled in it, like a spot on the face when u squeeze it it releases some sort of white "puss" but it is much more solid than actual puss. is this normal? if yes what is it or if not what can i do to get rid of them? Thanks.
