I'm fifteen and I've had white lumps on and around my labia. They're not spots as they don't stick out- they're inside the skin- and when I squeeze them white puss comes out sometimes. I think it is a yeast infection however I am not sure. I can't go to the doctors or a gynocologist as I can't tell my mom so I need to know what it is. it is quite pungent and itchy and it also burns when I pee. I halso have white discharge and this is what has lead me to believe it is a yeast infection.

Also, is there any natural cures that I can do at home?

I masturbate however I am very clean and wash everyday and I am planning to have sex with my long term boyfriend soon and am hoping to get this cleared up so any help is gratefully recieved

Hi guest, the white spots you describe sound like they could be fordyce spots what are natural in both sexes through puberty and they will eventually go on there own, the burning, itching and discharge could be a yeast infection, what sort of discharge is it that your getting?

So they will go on their own then? And it's basically what a yeast infection describes. It smells quite a lot like cheese and is white. There is also normally quite a lot of it.

If they are fordyce spots then yes you will grow out of them once your body settles down after puberty ends, you can get stuff to treat yeast infections from the drug store to as that is the only real remedy that works.

One question for you. Why can't you tell your mum about the yeast infection or spots?

I'm in the UK too and I can't talk to her about anything, I don't trust her and anything I do try to talk to her about she either doesn't bother listening properly and doesn't care or she makes a big deal out of it and don't leave me alone. There is no in between..

One of the most well known thrush treatments is canesten duo and you should be able to get that from most chemists :-)

Is it normal to have spots down there? I can't talk to my mum about it, I am too embarrassed. How could I make these spots go away?
