Why am I getting cramps but no period? And I have all the other symptoms too. It has never been irregular like this before. It's very early in the month for me and I usually get it later. Is it because I have gone back to gymnastics after a break? I'm 14 and I stuck something up there to see how it felt but that wouldn't get me pregnant right? I'm so scared I need help
