I'm 16 years old, no sexual experience or STDS. Lately I have been enduring this sharp almost unbearable pain in my buttocks. It normally happens when I'm in school sitting down or at home laying down. I don't have regular bowel movements. It has been that way almost my whole life didn't see a problem with it until a couple of days ago. I couldn't use the bathroom much and if I did I would be in a lot of pain. Stomach is in a knot and I feel horrible. I cant find the reasons for these sharp pains I have almost every day. Please somebody help me find the answers. Thanks,

If you're not having regular bowel movements, that is most likely the cause of your pain. In theory, you're supposed to have three bowel movements a day.  My mom have severe stomach ache and we went to the doctor, they did a scan and he said that it was just severe constipation.  She couldn't hardly get up because of the pain.  Have you ever tried adjusting your diet?  Cutting out gluten and/or dairy?  Those seem to be the most common offenders.  Also, try taking a really good probiotic.

Look into taking a magnesium supplement too.  We take Natural Calm, you just put a spoonful in your drink, it can really help with constipation.
