[rant]So in my training plan i had set-up a flexible recovery week. really depending on how hard last week's BRAG was. well it turns out my back is killing me and with the Peachtree coming up i decided i better use the MOST RECOVERY with LEAST ACTIVITY plan.
ok, i know it;s good for me. i know i'll be stronger for it. all kinds of good things BUT. day by day of this not much at all c**p is bugging the he!! out of me.
i'mm gonna hit the gym and use the leg culs on light weights and see how that feels and sit in the sauna for a while.

I now wish I had taken more recovery time in March after my Ultra. I am just now getting back to where I feel I should be.
