I have this particular mark on my face that looked like an object to press towards my face hardly and letting it go. Then a sinking mark will appear.
I do not know whether this is a scar which i left when i was young or it is a skin problem.
I has this since 3-4years ago and im 17years old now. And i do not remember any wounds on my face before other than acne wounds.
My mother told me it is because after my basketball's i am very sweaty and i go and bathe directly, thus causing this mark. And she apply yellow powder with lime on my face and said it may work.
Any one knows that problem is this? It is removable? Other than plastic surgery. Hoping to know of any home remedies.
PS: it is considered a old mark, so does it still work if i use home remedies?

I think that you are probably beyond the point for home remedies... if it is a scar, other than getting it lasered or buying scar strips (which are pretty expensive) there aren't too many things that actually work. I doubt that it is a result of your basketball, that doesn't sound like it would leave a sinking mark. Many places will give you free scar consultations, so maybe you should contact one of the places and ask them to check it out since it's free. If it's not a scar, they'll tell you so, and if it is then you can ask about treatment options. Good luck!

Hi there, whatever it is, I can tell you that scars do not go away. You can reduce them but they will always be there in some capacity or another. I just wanted to prepare you in case you really wanted to get rid of it altogether. What do you think?
