I have been working out hard everyday and I'm not losing any weight I have actually gained about 5 to 6 pounds. I went from 103 to 109 in like a week. I have been eating healthy. I can sleep all 8 to 9 hours wake up and still feel like i never fell asleep, i have also been very moody and i catch my self getting upset about things that never really bothered me before. I feel like I did when I was pregnant with my son. I just stared my cycle and the first day was heavy and then I stop. Could I be pregnant?!? feel like I am pregnant but I have taken hpt and they come back neg.

It could be several things. Changes in activity can affect your period. Some athletes don't have periods because of this. Extreme work outs can cause irregular periods. You could just be stressed and that's causing the symptoms. As far as gaining weight, if you are working out, you may be building muscle, which weighs more than fat. So you can gain weight, but not actually be gaining fat.
