Dear anyone ,
Now I'm 17 ( male ) who posses tall and thin body structure . In these days , some of my acquaintances says that I was getting thin . I hate it . I do hate hearing like that sounds. That's why , I decided to gain weight . So what sort of food must I need to eat ? What kind of excise should I need to do ? Can anyone please kindly recommend me about those things ? If so , I'll Really Really Thanks to you and I wish for ya.

I know exactly how you feel. I am 6'3" and year ago i had only 163 pounds. I was very skinny and it really bothered me. I always said that it's better to be close to the fat side than to the skinny side (at least for guys).
So i was doing some research and i with all this information i created a program to gain weight and muscles. It's basically a combination of push ups with specific timing for meals. So in 3 and a half months i gained weight and now i am holding on steady 200 pounds.
Are you interested in just gaining weight?
Do you want to build your upper body muscles as well?
Are you willing to do some at home exercises?
