my husband and I had sex about three weeks ago, which according to my calculations would have been right about the time I am ovulating. I have been on birth control but I missed one or two pills last month and I took 2 in one day once. I am about 9 days late starting my period, I have been sleeping in later than usuall, and I feel like I have been peeing more than usuall, but other than that I have not had any other pregnancy symptoms. I took a home pregnancy test about 4 days after missing my period and another one about 8 days after missing it, both were netitive, but I just have this strange feeling that I am pregnant. I am starting to feel like maybe a part of me wants to be so I have convinced myself that I am. I guess what I want to know is is it common, or even possible to have no real symptoms and get negitive tests at first but still be pregnant?

to me it sounds like when you missed your pills and then took two in one day it kinda messed up your cycle. although the warnings of missing birth control says it may cause a chance for you to be pregnant, i would first stop taking the birth control in case you are preggers, and number 2 call your doctor ASAP to set up an appointment and if it is a false alarm, please never take 2 birth control pills in one day they say its really bad for you and to always just take 1 a day. if you want to be preggers then good luck, but take care of yourself ;)
