We don't even begin to consider fertility problems until a year has passed without success.
If the time comes, BOTH of you should see a fertility specialist. You can expect a full physical and internal exam, your partner can also expect a sperm count.
Don't assume it is you. It can be him. Maybe nothing is wrong.
It's all a matter of timing. Find out when you ovulate, there are test kits available. It's usually between about 11 -16 days after your period starts. Ideally you'll have sex just a few days before until about two days after ovulation.
Suggest that your partner wear boxers. Cooler temps improve sperm production.
