hey everyone i am 18 and have 2 small pee sized balls at the top or each testice and doesnt appear to be on the testicle its self and i was wondering what this could be i am concerned and wanted to know if anyone had some ideas thanks alot look forward to hearing back if anyone has something similar let me know please

There is very little danger if there are two bumps, one on each testicle. I would say that these are anatomical bumps. There are tubes on each testicle that range from the bottom to the top of each testicle. These tubes are called epididymis and they serve to store sperm after it has been created and before it is ejaculated. Epididymis is a lumpy tube 5-7 meters long but they are curled up and no wonder they are bumpy.
Some men can feel these bumps while others don’t. Cysts could also form on these tubes. They usually form on top of the testicle. These cysts are called spermatocele because they contain dead sperm cells. They are harmless and removed only if they cause discomfort.
If you are uncertain about your bumps, it would be good if you saw an urologist and put your mind at ease. An urologist will be able to tell what the bumps really are.
