Has anyone here had any success with alleviating anxiety by practicing yoga? I really need some help and/or suggestions!! My kids are back in school and I've been really depressed and anxious, questioning the meaning of life--not suicide--just what do I want to do with myself!!

I really would like to know. I have a 13 years old son who is a borderline of hyperactive. I am thinking to introduce him at yoga to teach him how to control himself but I still doubt if it's a good option for his age. Someone has some experience on that?
