If you find yourself just sitting around watching tv or playing video games you need to find someway to get moving lift up each of your legs like your walking in the air, lift your arms and act like your flying or something. Other than sleep you shouldn't find your self doing nothing at all. Also do what the people said above they are spot on. Peoplewho are over weight tend to live a much shorter life so you need to get back on track and work toward a normal body type. Also don't get stressed about this because that will make you want to eat more.
