Clots in periods and abdominal pain started after misscarria

I am 27 years old. I had a miscarriage in Aug and from then onwards I am getting clots in periods (I did not have clots before). Also, I have abdomnal pain on all the sides(Left,right,center). I am not sure what causes this.
First,I went to my GYN and she suspected some infection due to D& C and treated me with some antibiotics. This did not help and I was getting back the pain later Also, I had some blood in the urine ;So, she suggested me to go to a Urologist
The urologist suspected kidney stones and asked me to get CTSCAN done, but that did not reveal any stones.
Right now I am still having abdominal pain. Does any body know why this is happening
Though my periods are regular everymonth this time it arrived 3 days late.
We want to plan desperatley for kids but we are not sure if can go ahead with these conditions.
Please help me.

Hi , I do not know if this will help but I just had a miscarriage yesterday the 13th. My DR told me if there is any pain after a few days there is probably still tissue or part of the fetus in the uterus. Blood clots as long as they are under the size of a quarter are harmless. In your case maybe there is still a piece of the fetus some where. I hope this helps. Do not be discouraged! Get a second or third opinion from a DR.
