I went to the docter today because I had a sudden sharp shooting pain in my left testical that went to my prostate area... He told me I had an abnormal varicose vein in my testical. I have noticed this pain for about 8 months, it is very uncomfortable but managable.

The vein was much larger then the right, althought it was unnoticable to the eye, I could feel it with my fingers, like a tangle of tubes. I was worried it could have been Testical Torsion but thankfully it was not. He told me this is uncommon but nothing to worry about, if it hurts to take tylenol.

It is a dialation of the veins.

Go see a docter its really not that bad and you go through very fast because if it is Testical Torsion you only have a matter of hours or you may lose your testical...

They take this seriously, i would recommend going as soon as possible
