itching all over the body, urgent, chest pain

i live in usa, n since feb i being having chest pains n shortness of breath, i kinda drink heavily n smoke cigerates n some marijuana sometimes. so when i got fever n sick doctor diagnosed me with bronchitis n the symptoms eased down a lil , n later they came back but this time it was just chest pain n shortness of breath nausea n stuff, i got lung xray nothing was wrong, then i told the doc that i read online it could be due to stress, n i have been under alot of stress like every moment cuz of something or the other, even this date, now my health problem stresses me out. he prescribed something but i didnt take them, n i was relieved i dont have ling cancer so my stress went down. so lately i have itching everywhere, chest pains n dry mouth sometimes, there are swelling where i scratch hard, n green color of skin, its used to be around pelvic area, n stomach, how its almost everywhere mostly between fingers, they look like bumps white in color, filled with transparent liquid, n it kinda burns, stings n itches alot, i got my std checked, nothing there, then i talked to a homeopathy doctor n she said it like my body is releasing chemicals kinda like acid n stuff like that, she shipped me the medications, waiting on it. but my drinking is heavy n when i drink i dont really have alot of symptoms, so i wondering is this itching due to stress, its all over the body, pelvic area and under arms n stomach its like red due to itching like when something bit u, but between fingers its like boils, with liquid in it, n when i pop it, small of it comes out n it kinda burns and itches, a lil blood comes out cuz of extreme itching, someone please explain me wats happening to me, thank u very much
