I have back pain on the right side. It is not my muscles or bones, I can tell it is coming from inside. Same with my ovary area. It is 10 days after conception and I have been on fertility shots. All went well and I had 8 mature eggs. I am in hopes I am pregnant. My nipples are not soar but there is a pain inside my right one for the past several days. The next 4 days are going to seem forever before I can take a pregnancy test. Could someone let me know their thoughts. Also I have not been overly hungry or tired. But I know not everyone gets those symptoms til later in pregnancy.
