Last period 10 days ago, had an uprotected sex

I know that you are not a doctor but I have read many topics and I would like to know if you could help me. Look my last menstrual cycle was on Aug. 8 but only lasted like for 2 days. I had unprotected sex last month in July 19, 21, and 26 with my husband. My period for last month was in July 11 and lasted for 3 days. I am usually from 27 to 29 days cycle, but this last couple od ones has been 28 days....... Well in July 23 I had a pap smaer done which came back normal and they also withdraw some blood which came back that I am anemic but I have been anemic for the past couple of years which goes and comes back. But my question is this how come after this last period like 2 days later I have been spotting light brown only on the tissue when I wipe and I have read that it could be old blood that it is just cleaning itself out. But it is still coming til this day. It is very fustrating not knowing what is going on and especially because my pap came back normal. Could this be a sign of pregnancy. I have other boys but have never experience this nor before my period ends. It does not smells............. I will schedule an appointment with my OBGYN but I just wanted to know what you'll think......... Also my stomach feels liek if I have butterflies inside of it.
