I am about 9-10 dpo, and for the past 4 days, I have been having mildly uncomfortable twinges/almost like-premenstral cramping on my lower left side only (it basically feels like ovulation cramping). They are intermittent, and most noticable when sitting. Thus far, pregnancy test is negative. Has anyone heard of implantation cramping localized to one side (vs. the middle)? Thx

How did you know you were ovulating?? The reason I ask is because few women use Fertility monitors or test strips, and if you do not you may not be accurate in your assesment.

Is there any way you could be ovulating now? Implantation cramping is very individualized, some women never even have bleeding....
If you are trying to concieve and having sex, then there is a high liklihood of you being pregnant.

Thanks for your response. Yes, we used the Ovulation Predictors. I was having ovulation pain (I typically experience this around the time I'm supposed to ovulate) and when I started having the pain, I used one of the sticks, and it was positive for ovulation within the next 24 hours.

this is in response to Jen, and her implanation pain. I was reading this blog because i too have been tryig to get preg. Did you become pregnant Jen as a result of the implanation cramps? i had an embryo transfer on Wed May 30th on Sat June 2, while i was surfing the net I fel this mild like stabbing pain leftside lower abdomen. I also have swlollen breast and constipation but i know that that is atributed to the progesterone supplemetns i am taking in hopes to make the uterine wall thicken for the embryo. I am not due to go to take a preg test untill June 11. I did not have an "implanation bleeding" i know every women is dif therefore every pregnancy is different. i was just wondering was that sharp pain which is technally 6 days after conception, was that implanation pain. Now how long does it take for implanation to b over?

I am having the same issue, I am 9-10 dpo and I started having lower left abdominal pain that is more irritating pain then anything else the pain lasts all day. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and used ovulation test for better chances. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Any ideas what it could be or did I take the pregnancy test too early?
