HI...my 11yo soon to be 12yo daughter woke up with thick discharge in her panties this morning and we thought it was the start of her period...but it wasn't brown or reddish, just yellowish white and a lot of it. I asked her if it hurt to pee, if it smelled or if her vag itched or anything she said no....she took a pad to school and put it on after the day was almost over. What do you think? She's excited....I'm worried a little.....

Has your daughter hit puberty?
Have her wear a panty liner so she doesn't ruin her panties, sometimes that discharge can stain. Or have her wear "that time of the month" unders.
