I'm 12 years old and I started to cut myself when I was 10.I also tried breaking my wrist with a hammer when I was 9. About one hour ago, I carved a guys name into my leg.I've been to therapy but it hasn't helped me at all.I don't know what to do..I love physically hurting myself.
